The vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean come to life at Committee, one of the many spectacular dining opportunities in Boston’s Fan Pier. Focusing on a meze – or small plate – style of service, Committee offers a delectable array of both cold and hot dishes, including modern versions of Greek classics such as horiatiki, souvlaki, moussaka and more. A more casual lunch menu features select meze alongside Mediterranean-inspired salads and sandwiches, and for those with a sweet tooth – traditional rice pudding based on “dad’s recipe.” Not to be missed are the tiki cocktails, served in distinctive glassware or pitchers for sharing. The 5,500 square foot eatery is adorned with contemporary, industrial touches, but pays subtle homage to the history of the neighborhood by using wood reclaimed from waterfront in the lounge banquettes.
